Websites That Inspire

These websites and the people who run them have been a great inspiration to me so I encourage you to check them all out. Just click the coloured links : )

Tassie Chef

Ok so I might be ever so slightly bias with this link as the writer of this blog happens to be my dad but I honestly think he creates the greatest food on the planet. This is a chef who is not afraid to experiment and never afraid to share his culinary secrets with anyone who asks. My dad has always worked incredibly hard and he has succeeded further than I could have ever imagined in his career. I hope that I develop the same work ethic as him. If you want any cooking tips, produce information or an insight into the chefing world he would be more than happy to help.

Color Me Katie

Color Me Katie is a blog written by a very quirky and talented young lady in Brooklyn. Her blog posts are a mixture of crazy random craft activities, to spontaneous street performances and bright photos. Katie has thousands of followers from all around the world eager to see the next random thing she will do. Her blog is very uplifting and creative.

Hello Sunday

Hello Sunday is a blog written by two ladies in Brisbane. One takes one photograph a week and the other one writes a little story to go with it. Its such a cute and clever idea. I love reading this blog every week. It’s nice to see little bits of home.

We Can

My dear friend Tash D posted this link on her blog and I have fallen in love with it. This cute little blog included one friends drawings and another friends writing. A very nice blog to flick through every now and then.

This is one of my favorite blogs. I recommend it to any girl (or boy if your into this kind of thing) who has an interest in photography, fashion or graphic design.

Toy Horse Travels

This is a really cute blog taking a childhood toy and creating a different photographic scene every day. The idea is simple but its execution is somewhat adorable.

Janique Photography

I met this lovely lady in high school and she has recently taken an interest in photography. This is her first portfolio website and she would really appreciate it if you could check out some of her works. She has some beautiful photos taken at some breath taking locations. I’m sure she would appreciate any feedback you can give her.

Molly Crabapple

Illustrator for fine places like Marvel Comics, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal, Molly is the Creator of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, a worldwide movement of alternative drawing salons in over 100 cities. Amazing artist with incredible talent.

Jimmi Paige

Jimmi Paige is a Brisbane/ Gold Coast based designer. The designer herself is one of my friends and I had the pleasure of shooting my first ever fashion photography shoot for her label. All Jimmi Paige designs are chic and edgy with a feminine touch- ideal for any girl ranging from a flirty, fun girl to a more hard rock edging type.

Be Inspired

The absolutely stunning Kate from Brisbane provides some amazing fashion tips and ideas for the bargain hungry stylish girl. A blog filled with beautiful photos, gorgeous outfit and makeup ideas and lovely inspiring words. I love popping by this blog every few days for a little pick me up!
