043: The Memorial To The Murdered Jews

September 15, 2010

Friday the 3rd of September, 2010

Today we took a 3 hour walking tour through the city of Berlin. As you can imagine Berlin has an incredible amount of history to take in. One experience I will never forget is walking through the Memorial To The Murdered Jews of World War Two. These giant pillars completely engulf the space and air around you giving you the impression of no escape. I like the light in this photo, it gives the impression that the  pillar never really ends.
